Piano Studio Rental Guidelines

Please remove your shoes and place them on the entrance mat upon arrival. Please bring or wear your own socks.

The studio is equipped with 24-hour CCTV. Please do not move, unplug, or cover any power sockets or camera lenses in any way.

Do not move any furniture or items inside the studio.

You are welcome to use the music stand, camera tripod, and any lighting. Please treat them with care.

Do not use any cleaning agents on the piano or piano keys!!

Please do not eat or drink near the piano or place any items on the piano surface.

Do not move the piano. If any movement is detected, a tuning fee of HKD 1,000 will be charged.

Before leaving, please turn off the air conditioning and all lights. Thank you.

Self-service black & white and colour printing is available: HKD 1 per sheet (B&W) and HKD 1.5 per sheet (colour). Please WhatsApp us in advance if you need to use PayMe or FPS. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Any damage to studio facilities or items will result in full liability and pursuit of compensation.
To ensure fair usage of the studio for everyone, please arrive and leave on time so that the day’s bookings can proceed smoothly.
Booking Changes
Any changes to your booking must be made at least one day in advance via WhatsApp so we can make proper arrangements.
